Victoria Collins, Ph.D.
“Thirty years’ experience advising high net worth clients on managing wealth made it increasingly clear to me how important it was to them to pass on the values that defined their lives. At the end of the day it wasn’t about the financial wealth, it was about intangible wealth and blessings. That’s true for me too with five children and eight grandchildren. I want them to know what challenges I faced, the stumbles, the hurdles and the victories that contributed to my success. It is also abundantly clear that high quality, long lasting professional video is the most compelling way to do that.”
Known for her community leadership, Dr. Collins was named as Outstanding Philanthropist at National Philanthropy Day and as one of the Top Influencers in Newport Beach in 2013.
Victoria has a doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley in cognitive psychology and taught statistics and research methodology in graduate school.
Named among the “Nation’s 100 Most Exclusive Wealth Advisors” by Robb Report, and for six consecutive years as one of the “250 Best Financial Advisors in the USA” by Worth Magazine. Victoria has also been honored with the Orange County Business Journal’s “Outstanding Women in Business Award.”
Dr. Collins has authored or co-authored six books on managing wealth and building family legacies. Her recent book BestIntentions, Ensuring that Your Estate Plan Delivers Both Wealth and Wisdom addresses the question, “How do we pass along our values?”
Victoria has been an invited guest on major radio and TV shows including Good Morning America, Bloomberg, CNBC, MSNBC and CBS’s news affiliates. She has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Money, Business Week, Investor’s Business Daily, The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times and The Orange County Register. Dr. Collins also co-hosted a weekly PBS special, The Financial Advisors.

A Family with 100 Year Legacy
Few families can say they have survived and thrived for 100 years with a strong mission and vision statement that is passionately held by all members. Few families can say they have truly made a positive difference in the lives of those who belong to them.
This is one family that can do just that. At its 100th Anniversary Celebration in Newport Beach, California, I had the distinct pleasure of being one of 12 women leaders recognized for their contributions to the community. Being identified as a “visionary” warmed my heart and made me very proud.
Victoria Collins Resets Expectations
“One of the most accomplished and admired women of the past quarter century in OC business circles said it best.
Standing before family and friends in a gathering of power and influence, she was being honored for a career of milestones, both professional and philanthropic” said Steve Churm of OCMETRO.com
